Bel appartement.
C'est un très bel appartement avec de bons lits et une belle piscine. Proche du centre. Avec belle vue. L'hôtesse et l'hôte sont prêts à vous fournir de bons conseils sur l'île et à demander régulièrement si tout est à votre goût. Recommandé

Séjour agréable mais logement peu fonctionnel.
Qq précisions factuelles: L'entrée est située dans un virage en épingle à cheveux d'une route passante. Le stationnement dans la propriété est interdit par les propriétaires. Sur la place extérieure soi-disant privative, j'ai reçu des menaces d'appeler la police sur mon pare brise. Les autres places à proximité étaient quasi toujours occupées et coincées dans un vaste amoncellement de déchets végétaux et autres... Les propriétaires, en vacances en métropole, m’ont alors conseillé de stationner devant le portail puis le lendemain m’ont dit que je pouvais y être verbalisé, en rajoutant « c'est vous qui voyez, dans l'annonce on n'a rien précisé sur le stationnement ». Il a donc fallu se garer parfois à 500 m du logement. La surface annoncée de 100 m2 se décompose en environ 30m2 pour le logement et 60 m2 pour la terrasse. La cuisine est exiguë, sans fenêtre, très sombre, et sans table de cuisson. Pas de table à manger, juste le bar au fond. La douche surélevée inonde la salle d'eau et son évacuation est un tube pvc apparent... On risque aussi d'asperger la seule penderie du logement, juste face à la douche. Des espèces de cafards géants traversent parfois les pièces intérieures. La vue sur la mer est appréciable mais gâchée par un poteau électrique, la maison du voisin et ses installations solaires, tout ceci non montré sur les photos. Etc… A mon message très mitigé de fin de séjour on m'a répondu ironiquement « désolé pour ce séjour EPOUVANTABLE(…).On vous a proposé de vous rembourser et vous n’avez pas donné suite. Je ne vois pas ce que je pouvais faire de mieux». Oui, un remboursement des jours non occupés au cas où j'aurais trouvé un logement ailleurs, mais aucun dédommagement. Pour le prix on s’attend vraiment à mieux !!!
