The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom + wc, covered terrace equipped kitchen, ideally located on the ground floor with sea view in the beautiful residence Faounzina, feet in the water with direct access to the beach of Favone. You can enjoy the beautiful garden of the residence, naturally sporting and equipped with chairs, tables and charcoal barbecues for lunch under the trees in front of the sea or decide to take a nap cradled by the song of the cicadas and the comings and goings of wavelets. From our pine forest you will dominate the beautiful bay of Favone and enjoy a breathtaking panorama. No noise as the residence is located at the end of a dead end, no road to cross, access to the beach is through a small gate, the garden is closed.

Accès rapide à une belle plage.
La cuisine ouverte avec vue mer est très agréable. Frigo + petit congélateur pratique. L'accès à la plage est direct et la douche dans le jardin est super pratique quand on revient de la plage. Magnifique jardin ombragé avec tables... Les 2 chambres et la salle d'eau sont aménagées correctement même si le mobilier n'est pas récent. Des draps housse seraient plus pratiques pour faire les lits. Globalement, beaucoup d'avantages pour passer de bonnes vacances à la plage...
