Great host and perfect location
Traveling alone, this was a great place for me—clean, safe, and steps away from Champs Elysees, restaurants, and some of the best shopping and people watching. Michel met me for check-in to make sure I understood how to use the keys, the lights, heat, etc. He is a very kind and generous host. I would rent from him again.

A great place to enjoy Paris.
This beautiful, spacious apartment on the third floor of a classic French building was extremely comfortable. Clean, fully equipped and with special touches like flowers, cookies and wine greeting by our hosts made us feel at home. The unit is 50 meters from the Champs Elysee and the Metro in the high end 8th Arondisemont.

Wonderful stay
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is great. The location is close to all the excitement of the Champs Elysee but also very quiet at night. Would return without question. My only suggestion to Michel and Anne is that they provide a notebook , in the language of their guest, with instructions for use of the tv, washer and other appliances.

Great location, great amenities, peaceful stay
Michel met us at the apartment upon our arrival and showed us around. He was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Having A/C in July was a bonus, also the W/D came in handy. It was the perfect size for our small family of three. It was located just around the corner from the FDR metro station and it was also easy to walk to many prime locations. Even though it's just off the Champs with its many crowds and traffic, it was extremely quiet at night since the flat faces the back of the building. We loved staying here and would definitely return on our next trip to Paris. Don't think twice - book this place!

Excellent appartment with all amenities, unbeatable location.
We stayed for 5 nights in july, including the bastille day. The condo is 1 min walking to FDR metro station. 3 buildings from the champs elysees. Very large, remodekdd with plenty of natural light. Has a small elevator. Has washer and dishwasher. A closeby monoprix grocery store and Paul boulangerie made our life so easy. The bed was comfortable. Michel was very responsive. Great communication. We watched the basrille day airplane shiw from out window. But had to go on the street to see the parade. Will stay yhere again without any hesitation.
