Longere renovated in 2017, in a small quiet dead end, at the entrance of the town of Saint Lunaire (shops, beach, yacht club, tennis: all within 500 meters), ideal for 1 or 2 families (9 sleeps).
Ground floor: large living room / equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, small living room TV / DVD, bathroom / WC incl. washing dryer.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with single bed and drawer bed, bedroom 3 with bunk beds and drawer bed, bedroom 4 with double bed, a toilet, a bathroom.
A pretty courtyard grassed on the front and a fenced garden at the back with garden furniture and plancha.

Very calm environment. Estuary giving access to the large beach at the end of the street. Dinard 5 km, golf Saint-Briac 3 km, beautiful tennis club (8 clay courts) in the center of the village, numerous hiking trails.

Sheets and towels: 15 € / bed on request. Obligatory cleaning: 60 €. A deposit check of 500 € will be requested. No smoking Pets not allowed No parties or parties

Super maison
C’est une très jolie maison, très grande, bien équipée. Idéale avec des enfants (chaise haute, jeux). Elle est très bien située. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables, à notre écoute. Il y a eu un petit couac avec le ménage mais à mon avis ça ne se reproduira plus. Les propriétaires n’étant pas sur place c’est difficile de gérer le service de nettoyage. Il n’avait pas été refait entre la dernière location qui avait eu lieu il y a plusieurs semaines. À part ça si nous avons l’occasion nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Ideal für Strandurlaub mit Kindern
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos. Das Haus ist großzügügig geschnitten und gut renoviert, so dass eine Familie mit viel Platzbedarf genügen Raum hat. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aussengrill ist gut nutzbar. In Saint LU gibt es sowohl Bäcker, Metzger und auch einen Lebensmittelladen, die man allesamt gut zu Fuss erreichen kann. Auch zum Strand war es nicht weit. Meine Söhne haben einen Segelkurs bzw. Surfkurs gemacht, was gut funktioniert hat. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft und ein gelungener Urlaub.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un séjour bien sympathique dans cette maison accueillante, spacieuse et bien rénovée. Calme et bien située (de jolies balades à faire à proximité). Très apprécié : le chauffaud au gaz qui permet, quelque soit le nombre d'occupants, d'avoir en permanence de l'eau chaude. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leurs bons conseils en matière d'activités et balades à faire alentours. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour.
