Schönes Appartement, absolut wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Agentur nur auf Französisch. Ich habe in Deutschland gebucht und will mich nicht durch mehrseitige! Verträge und Regeln in einer Fremdsprache lesen. 500 Euro Kaution wurde bei Abreise nicht auf die Kreditkarte zurückgebucht, 3 Agenturmitarbeitende z. T. frech und überfordert. Ein Mann ließ uns einfach stehen. Es gab Immer andere Gründe, um die Kaution nicht zurückzubuchen. Ich hatte im Vorfeld geklärt, dass Kreditkarte akzeptiert wird. Die |RückbuchungsModalitäten wurden im Vorfeld nicht hinreichend erklärt! Ich bin jetzt auf die Klärung nächste Woche angewiesen.

Une semaine a Berck
Très agréable semaine passée dans ce charmant appartement propre moderne et calme. Un bémol les wc à l’etage. Rien ne manquait.
