Two terraces, one covered with each their table and chairs and deckchairs. 20 minutes from Chamonix and 1 hour from Annecy. The ground floor consists of a single large room with open kitchen and bar very friendly for beautiful beginnings of evenings. an umbrella bed is at your disposal.

You have the entire Chalet apart from the garden shed.

Presentation of the district:
The neighborhood consists of about twenty houses in a dead end. Little traffic. A "big fresh" shop with bakery is at the exit of the district then an "inter-market" with "roady" is at 3 minutes. It is a new district with a happy atmosphere and very friendly. Many neighborhood children play deadlock and common areas.

There are 4 parking spaces around the chalet and one at the garage. Warn if you want them all. A bus stop is 200m from the neighborhood. SNCF stations Sallanches or Saint Gervais les Bains are 5 minutes
Other remarks:
A beautiful lake is less than 5 minutes away. Indoor and outdoor children's toys are at your disposal as well as a guitar, an electronic dartboard and a mini-billiard. If you present an insurance contract on our vehicle, it is also at your disposal.
