The Villa Ferret offers a garden in a very nice and family area located close to the beach and shops.
The access to the town center is done in 5 mn via the cycle track that serves all the tour of the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Ideally placed between Arcachon and Cap Ferret to visit all the sites of our region (the winter town of Arcachon, the Pyla dune, the Teich ornithological park, the tchanque huts, the Arguin bench, Cap Ferret, the ocean ...)
Fully renovated house with 3 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room (LCD TV 107 cm and wifi), 1 bathroom (+ washing machine) and 1 toilet.
At your disposal: 1 barbecue, 1 parasol, 1 large outdoor table, 4 sunbeds, 1 garden furniture, 1 shed to store the bikes and 1 car slot.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Possibility to rent the semi-detached villa, Villa Arguin, with 2 bedrooms and the same services.

Malheureusement pour nous le temps maussade ne nous a pas permis de profiter du petit jardin mais la proximité de la maison avec le bord de mer et les commerces est parfaite. Peut être un léger bémol sur l'équipement matériel de cuisine , literie confortable.

La maison est très agréable, avec un extérieur très sympa Dommage que sur l’annonce il était noté 2 salle de bain et en réalité il n’y en avait qu’une.. D’autre part nous n’avions pas le code WiFi. A part cela, notre séjour s’est très bien passé.

découverte du bassin dArcachon
nous ne connaissions pas la région, et nous avons été enchantés par l'emplacement de la maison, avec au bout de la rue le bassin d'Arcachon, notre fils étant en fauteuil nous avons apprécié toutes les promenades possibles, grâce à toutes les pistes cyclables. La maison est agréable avec un petit jardin, rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour, la propriétaire sympathique et accueillante. Nous y retournerons certainement pour finir de découvrir cette belle région.

Alles perfekt!
Wunderschönes Haus, gute Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin! Mit dem Fahrrad ist man nach ca. 16 km über einen sehr schönen Radweg an einem - im Sommer - bewachten Atlantikstrand. In Andernos-les-Bains gibt es direkt am Strand einen großen, sehr gepflegten Kinderspielplatz.
