A real "breathetaking" newly restructured lodging, completed between June 2014 and March 2017, and classified 3 stars by the Tourist Office!
The apartment 'Fleurs de Thym' is a T2 of 29m² with a mezzanine of 19m² and a loggia of 6 m². 6 sleeps (bedroom with double bed, mezzanine with 2 beds + a sofa bed), direct access to the beautiful sandbeach of Miramar without streets to cross. Located on the 1st floor, its modern layout gives way to beautiful volumes.
The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a 4-positions ceramic hob, combined oven/microwave/steamer/grill, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and electric coffee machine; it is completed by a sofa and a television set with 19' led screen, dvd and radio. The dining area in the loggia can be closed by a bay window overlooking the park of the residence, with an unobstructed view of the sea. The bathroom is tiled with travertine and has an Italian shower (140x80) with hydromassage column; the laundry room is equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The mezzanine with plexiglass railing is very bright and is composed of two different spaces: a bedroom and a living room overlooking the large downstairs room that can be transformed into another bedroom.
We have also thought about your children and babies: wooden cassettes with toys are available on the mezzanine, in addition you will find a rain bed and a high chair.
Since August 2019 a private and locked garage of 5.40 x 2.40 mt is available as an option for tenants who want to secure their car or their equipment (motorbike, bicycle, kayak etc.).
All appliances are new and modern. Ideal accommodation for a large family with children and babies or for a couple of friends.
During the stay, our representative is available on site 7 days a week.

Petit appartement joliment décoré et propre. 3 personnes peuvent y séjourner à l'aise. Si on est plus cela devient étroit. Chien bienvenu est un atout. Appartement au nord donc automne et hiver pas de soleil qui entre. Vue sur la plage seulement si on se penche de la véranda. Chauffage électrique tout juste pour ceux qui restent en hiver. Juste à côté de la plage.. Pratique pour un court séjour.

bon séjour en famille à Lalonde les Maures à deux pas du port;
l appartement est fidèle aux photos,très propre et fonctionnel.L'electroménager est de qualité.La plage est accessible à pied. Merci pour aux propriétaires pour la bonne bouteille de rosé à l arrivée et la sympathie de Mr Benedetto pour la remise des clés.

Schönes Appartment- gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage
Die Anlage ist gepflegt und es wird sich auch sofort gekümmert, wenn etwas kaputt geht - das Appartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet - es war sauber - und alle Dinge, die man so benötigt sind auch vorhanden. W-Lan / Wifi gibt es dort nicht - also muss die Datenflatrate gross genug zum mobilen Surfen sein. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz vor der Anlage ist vorhanden. Für die geschlossene Garage wäre noch eine Extra Gebühr zu bezahlen. Der Wohnkomplex an sich ist recht hellhörig. Schön ist auch das Frühstück auf dem Balkon genießen zu können, der morgens von der Sonne beschienen wird. Die Anreise/ Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert, da der Concierge ( spricht nur schnelles Französisch ) der Termin kurzfristig eine halbe Stunde nach hinten verlegte ( nach 600 km Fahrt und vorheriger Absprache fand ich das dann nicht so toll ) - die Abreise hat dann allerdings super geklappt. Sehr nett von der Hausverwaltung fand ich auch, dass ich im Treppenhaus mein SUP unterstellen durfte und auch Fahrräder können hier abgestellt werden. Restaurants gibts in der Nähe - also es ist alles da um einen schönen Urlaub verleben zu können.
