You will appreciate this flat of 3 rooms, on the 1st floor of a luxurious residence of 2 floors, for its situation. You can park your car in our individual and private GARAGE inside the residence, without having to use it during your stay. Everything is within walking distance: the city center, the beach, the embankment (bars and restaurants), the swimming pool, the harbor (bars and restaurants) and the tourist office.

2 bicycles are also at your disposal. Local bike in the residence.

The apartment has been classified by the Vendée Tourist Office: 3 stars for 4 people (July 2017). It was renovated in 2016: the floors of rooms, furniture and accessories are new.


The living room is bright by the large bay. The TERRACE, which is equipped with garden furniture and an electric awning, is pleasant with its western exposure. From here you have a beautiful panorama of the fort, the Tower and the channel: the passage of the ships is pleasant. You are at the forefront of the "Vendée Globe" and the fireworks of July 14.
