3-room terraced house 53 m2 in Residence "Grau Village". 800 m from the center, Shops 200 m, beach 300 m. Living / dining room (1 double sofabed and TV). 2 bedrooms with exit to the terrace. Blue room, large bed, yellow room, 1 double bed and pull-out beds. Small kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, oven mixes microwave, fridge). Shower, separate toilet, washing machine. Heater. Large shaded terrace 25 m2, south-west situation. Barbecue (portable). Parking space. On July and August the rental is from Sunday to Sunday.

Maison parfaite
Près des commerces... Près des plages et plages privées... Petites marches le long de la plage pour aller au marché ou dans les boutiques et restaurants 15 m environ... Maison rdc. Petite terrasse avec arbres pour l ombre... Barbecue... Pas de bruits ni vis-à-vis... Bien équipé cuisine... Agréable vacances Bon contact avec le propriétaire 🤗

La propreté de la maison ainsi que son équipement complet (cafetière, sèche cheveux, aspirateur...) son accessibilité, son emplacement, ont fait de notre séjour de 2 jours un moment agréable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu profiter de la terrasse pour y prendre les repas (à cause du temps maussade)

Location très agréable
Une petite maison bien sympathique. Une belle terrasse équipée d’un BBQ pour passer de bons moments, même pas besoin de parasol grâce à la végétation ! Pas d’essoreuse à salade mais un lave vaisselle 😁 tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour et petit plus la gentillesse des propriétaires !! Je recommande vivement.

Calme, plage et aquarium !
Maison très agréable avec de jeunes enfants , extérieur bien clos . Voisins sur un seul côté , la maison est disposée de manière à ce que l' on ne se voit pas. Plage et commerces proches. Et Aquarium très intéressant y compris pour de jeunes enfants ( le traquenard c'est la sortie par la boutique ! ) Séjour positif pour nous grands parents et enfant 20 mois et 4 ans et demi .
