About this property

House for 2 couples with children, private pool, sea, authentic village

Hello,

We rent the villa in which we live (couple with three children) to finance our trip. Of course, it will be emptied of all our belongings for renting.

One of the great interests of our villa is its location: in the center of the village, but quiet, and facing the pond of Vendres! Indeed, our land is in the limit of protected zone Natura 2000. However, there are few mosquitoes ...
We do not have a direct neighbor. To the south: a vegetable garden, to the north: a bowling alley, to the west: a very quiet car park and to the east: a quiet street. I invite you to visualize our villa on google earth, it is very speaking!

The beach is 6 km from the villa, you can go by bike by the edge of the pond of Vendres. But to cool off, you can simply dive into the pool.

In the garden, in addition to the pool, there is a large hut at 1m50 from the ground, in the shade of the fig tree, and a terrace with a large table.

Clim, wooden floor upstairs, bed 160 in the master bedroom, large closets in the rooms, mosquito nets to all windows ...
We will bother you on a small point: we take off the floor (personally, we also take off the ground floor).

Our house is perfect for family, there are safety for children, high chairs ... We can leave all the necessary equipment for your children if you wish (cot, bath, some books and games ...)

Otherwise, we love our house, and we are sure you will like it too! And, do not hesitate to inquire about the village of Vendres, it is authentic and very pleasant!

Very nice house on a good location!
It was a very nice house. We really liked the pool and that the beach was nearby (15 minutes by car). Good interaction with the owner and with the woman who took care of the house. There was a little "book" with information, which was helpfull. I would go back another time!

C’est simple ,vous arrivez et vous avez l’impression d’être chez vous avec tout les avantages et le plaisir de voir nos enfants heureux , avec l’espace de jeux (ping-pong,badminton,la cabane,même un panier de basket,les vélos mis à disposition…. Etc)ils gère eux même leurs activités le top. La piscine chaude ,sécurisée,et bien assez grande pour la famille Très bon emplacement sans vis à vis,calme ,avec les oiseaux le matin et deux où trois commerces ,vraiment très bien. Le soir les enfants ont avalés tout les livres , revus et jeux mis à leurs disposition vraiment un plus. Le propriétaire Mr PRIETO au petit soin pendant notre séjour avec pour hôtesse Christel d’une grande gentillesse ,elle nous as guidée pour apprécier sa région Merci à vous vraiment superbe vacance Nous reviendrons c’est sûr Merci
