Located two minutes walk from the village center and the Aven river, near the beaches. This character house will seduce you. Terrace, closed and flowered courtyard, olive trees, calm and not overlooked. This house is made up of a ground floor (large room of 50m² living room, dining room, kitchen) facing due south and opening onto the terrace through the bay windows. upstairs, 2 bedrooms, wc, bathroom. Product of character and exception, all comfort.

Great stay
Lovely little cottage, very well equipped, and attractive, interesting decor. The position in the delightful Pont Aven was excellent and we could walk everywhere from the cottage. The only reason for the less than 5* accuracy of listing recommendation was the outside space. The courtyard, sadly, was a disappointment - the attractive space in the listing was overgrown with weeds - we had to rip creepers up on the terrace to use the loungers and from the wall in order to find the switch for the outside light. Such a shame - otherwise the property was excellent
