Our four level, 1700 square foot townhouse is located on Pacific Street near the San Miguel River and just 3 blocks from the gondola. It's a 4 bedroom/3 full bath town home tucked into the alleyway with private parking. The house sleeps nine comfortably while offering all guests privacy. The lower floor has two bedrooms and a full Jack and Jill bath. Both of these rooms have private in-room vanities. The rooms share a beautifully tiled bathroom with steam shower. This lower level also houses the laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink.
The main floor is the living room with hard wood floors, dining room, and kitchen. Everything has been newly remodeled, including fresh paint, new countertops, a new gas fireplace insert, and brand new carpets. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel and it's fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. We have radiant floor heat, a lovely gas fireplace, and a smart tv for streaming.
The master bedroom is above the living/kitchen area. This room has fantastic views of the ski area, a queen sized bed and lots of light! The master bath has double sinks, a jetted tub and steam shower. This level also has a deck with wonderful views of the Telluride Valley. The top floor has 3 single beds, a private bathroom, and offers stunning views of Ajax and Bridal Veil Falls. The bathroom has a sky light and large tiled shower. Two twins can be converted to a king for those who prefer.

The quaint, old, western town of Telluride offers endless activities all year round. In the winter, the main attraction is our destination ski resort. In addition to the alpine skiing, Telluride offers nordic skiing, ice skating and the 'Thrill Hill'- great inner tubing for the family. Fantastic fishing, hiking & mountain biking trails are also accessible from just outside our front door, or try out the new mountain bike park! High-end shopping and restaurants complete the Telluride experience.
