Detached house located on enclosed grounds, sea view: 3 bedrooms (8/11 people), ideally located less than 5 minutes' walk from Anse Sud beach and Pointe Saint Gildas harbor and less than 2 Km from the village of Préfailles with all shops, for holidays with family or friends.

The bright house, on one level, includes 3 bedrooms (sleeping 140x190, 2 x 2 bunk beds, 1 bunk bed: 140x190 low and 90x190 high), fitted kitchen open to living room of 30 m², bathroom, separate toilet, bathroom shower with toilet.
Two bay windows open onto a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the sun and the sea view throughout the day.

Near the semaphore (250 m), 400 m from the port and 300 m from the beach of the southern cove

Price (6 nights minimum):
September to June (excluding school holidays): € 70 per night
holidays: All Saints, Christmas, winter, spring: 100 € per night
July August: 175 € per night

Vacances reposantes et fraîches
Très bon séjour. Nous avons pu nous reposer car le lieu est très calme et n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. La maison est très bien équipée. Le seul petit point négatif mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien c'est qu'il n'y a pas de boulangerie à proximité. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Presque parfait
Allons directement au point qui fâche : la connexion Internet. Pas de box (toute façon apparemment les débits sont pourris), pas grave ta une clé 4g ! Sauf que on capte pas super là-bas... En dehors de ça (gros morceau pour nous !), la maison est très sympa et le lieu l'est tout autant. On a passé de très bonnes vacances !

Une belle maison dans un bel endroit
Un séjour juste parfait ! D’abord, la maison est vraiment parfaitement située. Mais en plus elle est très bien équipée, les salles de bains sont très bien, la cuisine est complète, les chambres sont confortables... il y a même la télé... mais à quoi sert-elle quand il y a la mer tout au tour !
