On savait que l'appartement n'était pas neuf mais on ne s'attendait pas à un tel manque de confort, de propreté. Une odeur pestinentielle émanait de l'armoire de rangement, tout est mal agencé. Je ne vous parle même pas de la literie et des draps d'une crasse sans nom. C'est bien simple on est parti à la moitié du séjour ! Plus jamais

Points que nous avons appréciés: Appartement bien placé et fonctionnel. Propriétaire très réactif. Ce que nous avons moins apprécié: Malgré un nettoyage l’appartement n’était pas propre ni la vaisselle. Le lit des enfants fait énormément de bruit. Isolation sonore avec les autres appartements faible.

Goede ligging, zeer onvriendelijke verhuurders
Het verblijf werd overschaduwd door de onvriendelijke en zeer vervelende opstelling van de verhuurders. Nadat ze uitdrukkelijk akkoord waren gegaan met het verblijf van 4 tieners van 17 jaar, kregen we zonder enige aanleiding in de aanloop naar dit reisje meerdere berichten waarin we werden gewaarschuwd om toch vooral geen lawaai te maken op straffe van sancties en boetes. En ook tijdens het verblijf ging dit verder. Zelfs werden we beschuldigd van dingen die volstrekt onwaar waren, zowel tijdens als na het verblijf. Los daarvan, de incheck procedure was niet in orde. De sleutel was niet op de afgesproken tijd beschikbaar en uiteindelijk hebben we die maar zelf opgehaald bij de schoonmakers, anders hadden we nog langer moeten wachten. Mijn advies aan de reizigers: ga alleen naar dit appartement als je in staat en bereid bent om volledig geluidloos daar te verblijven en op je tenen te lopen. Mijn advies aan de verhuurder: verhuur nooit aan jongere mensen, dat levert veel te veel stress op. Of misschien is het beter om maar helemaal niet meer te verhuren, dat geeft rust.
