Tropical Paradise
Property was an ideal location for my husband he loves to fish we had a few kids from college. The property Manager Harold did an amazing job helping us with whatever needs we had. The girls love the amenities at the pool we even saw achummingbird and a Macaw parrot while relaxing.

Perfect location, luxurious property, and beautiful views!
We came here with two sets of friends and our 10-year old son to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Everything about this condo and the experience was excellent, and everyone in our group had a great time! The rooms were separate and private, each with their own baths. Everything was very clean with high-end furnishings. Plenty of room in the living areas for us to hang out together. We loved the beach club pool that was just steps away and the happy hour there every day from 4-6, which just happened to be when we returned from our excursions every day. We also really liked that the marina with it's lovely restaurants and well-stocked mini-mart were just a 5 minute walk away. The homeowner was so helpful in suggesting activities and transportation, and we were able to use the tour desk at the Marriott next door to plan excursions. We did an offshore fishing trip that we had booked beforehand, a trip to Manuel Antonio national park that we booked through the Marriott tour desk one day in advance, and some hiking on our own in Carara national park (took an Uber there). We had also booked a snorkeling and island day on the Costa Cat, but it was cancelled due to rough seas. This was a perfect location as a base to do all of these things. After seeing some of the lodging in the surrounding areas during our activities, we were so happy to be coming back to this property every day. I couldn't recommend it more.

Great Condo, Homeowner was excellent to deal with.
Went here for a week with my wife and 4 kids. Condo is extremely well situated within Los Suenos, right next to the Beach Club, and short walk or ride to the Marina. Homeowner was accessible throughout the whole booking and planning process, and was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and excursions, as well as booking a lot of things for us. Condo is in good condition, with wifi, flat screens, grills, coolers, towels and oils/spices should you want to cook there. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Pura Vida! The Garcias

Amazing!
This property is awesome! Great central location with a short walk to the Marina or Marriott! Every room is exactly as it looks in the pictures! Would definitely recommend!
