On 2 levels, the villa is tastefully furnished and offers a stylish decor. Very functional, it has a large living space with a lounge and a kitchen, all extended by a beautiful terrace with dining table and outdoor lounge.

The lounge has a flat screen, satellite channels and internet access in WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, hotplates, toaster, kettle ...).

The four bedrooms are air conditioned and the villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Upstairs are a laundry area with washing machine, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The master bedroom overlooks a beautiful terrace of 40 m² overlooking the ocean, the room "children" has a single bed and a pull-out bed (today replaced by a bed 140 - the picture of the room is not upstairs), and the third bedroom upstairs has a convertible sofa with a real mattress.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and toilet, complete living space with lounge / kitchen / terrace.

The villa overlooks the ocean on the west coast which enjoys a unique microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine per year and is located in a quiet residential area.

You will appreciate the proximity of many local services to 1.5 km from the villa (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, ATM, gas station).

The center of the famous resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is a 15 minute drive and offers many shops and restaurants. Boucan-Canot and its famous beach is 10 minutes and also hosts many restaurants. You will enter the lagoon in 15 minutes to admire the colorful fish.

Enjoy an exceptional moment on the intense island in this villa, ideally located as a starting point for excursions on the island thanks to the nearby Route des Tamarins (Maïdo the three circuses, the volcano, paragliding helicopter 7 minutes of the villa golf blue Basin 15 minutes, hiking, fishing, canyoning, horse-sea ...).

Celebrations and parties are strictly prohibited, the villa is scheduled for 8 people.

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed outside.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

7 day rental minimum.

To book, a deposit of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the start of stay), the full amount of stay is payable on booking.

Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Check-in time: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival).
