Quiet family holiday residence with swimming pool and private parking space
Access of full foot giving on a big tiled terrace with closed garden + 2 rooms on the floor.

THE POULDU is a pretty seaside resort. You will have access to 3 beautiful supervised beaches and can practice fishing on foot, surfing, sailing.
Possibility of fishing at sea with reservation at the Tourist Office.

You can visit by boat the island of Groix from Lorient and Glénans from Concarneau.

In summer :
Night market on Sunday at Pouldu and animations.

At 3.5 kms = Clohars-Carnoët
All amenities on site: bank, distributors, pharmacy, post office, town hall, bakery, delicatessen, butcher shop, sale of shellfish market on Saturday morning.

Ruhe und Entspannung am Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Catherines wunderbarem Häuschen gefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Rande einer schönen Ferienhaussiedlung auf einem Hügel, keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom tollen Strand entfernt. Zum Haus gehören eine Terrasse und ein kleiner Garten. Man kann sich dort unbeobachtet aufhalten, in Ruhe lesen und das Meer rauschen hören. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wenn man auf WLAN und deutsches Fernsehen verzichten kann - für uns kein Problem. Die Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sind sehr gemütlich. Le Pouldu hat einen schönen alten Stadtkern mit einer tollen Kirche. Wir empfehlen den Künstlerspaziergang durch den Ort, der in der Broschüre des Museums zu finden ist. So lernt man die Gegend und den Ort am besten kennen. Die Strände und auch die Wanderwege in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind herrlich. Innerhalb von 30 Autominuten sind viele schöne Ziele zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Küstenwanderung von Merrien nach Doelan, die Gegend rund um die Abbaye St. Maurice und einen Ausflug nach Pont-Aven und dem Bois d´amour. Ein besonders Highlight für unsere Tochter war die Eselwanderung in der Asinerie de Kergall in Arzano ; anschließend kann man in der Gegend gut die Roches du Diable besuchen und die schöne Kirche St. Fiacre . Neben einem großen Feuerwerk am Strand von Le Pouldu waren wir auch von den Flohmärkten (vides-greniers) sehr begeistert. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben... Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Merci Catherine!

Schöner und erholsamer Familienurlaub
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich sowie modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten als Familie (4 Personen) ausreichend Platz. Das Haus (insbesonders die Küche) ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nach ca 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und wirklich sehr schön. In Le Pouldu gibt es mehrere Bäckereien und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser Region und in diesem Haus Urlaub machen!

Agréable et tout confort !
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire pour 4 personnes et vient d'être entièrement rénovée. Catherine, la propriétaire, s'est glissée dans les souliers de ses vacanciers et a pensé à tous les détails afin de rendre nos vacances plaisantes: rien ne manque pour cuisiner, déjeuner et se relaxer dans le jardin, des jeux (jardin et plage) sont même mis à disposition pour les enfants. La piscine est toute proche et la plage à 10 min à pied (mon dernier de 2,5 ans faisait tout le chemin en marchant). En prime un petit cadeau de bienvenue (les petites galettes au sarrazin sont une tuerie) Nous reviendrons !

Maison très sympa et agréable
La maison est très joliment décorée et très agréable, avec tout le confort (four et four à micro-ondes, plaques à induction, lave-vaisselle, douche pluie, machine à laver). L'environnement est très agréable, la résidence est calmé, le jardin est à l'abri des regards, avec un salon de jardin et un parasol. La piscine de la résidence est un peu fraîche mais agréable, accessible tous les jours de 9 à 20h. La plage esr proche et on peut s'y rendre à pied si on le désire. Des parasols de plage sont fournis, ainsi que des étendoirs. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de recevoir un petit kit de bienvenue à notre arrivée. De la documentation sur les activités aux alentours est également à disposition. Bref, un logement très chouette pour des vacances à la plage et/ou pour rayonner dans la région (Quimperle, Lorient, Quimper, Brest...). La propriétaire est très disponible et très sympathique, et nous a indiqué les bonnes adresses du coin pour nous restaurer ou faire nos courses. Si vous cherchez une maison sympa, avec piscine accessible et proche de la mer, n'hésitez plus, vous avez trouvé!

innen alles neu, geräumiger als gedacht und gut ausgestattet
Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Unerwartet großer Garten. Pool in der Siedlung für knapp 60 Häuser, 50 m entfernt, sehr sauber und auch bei schönem Wetter nie überfüllt. Insgesamt war das Wetter leider durchwachsen. Der Ort hat einen kleinen dörflichen Kern mit zwei Märkten pro Woche und neben zahlreichen Ferienhaussiedlungen auch zahlreiche Häuser mit Historie. Gauguin war ein Jahr dort. Die drei Strände sind schön und hübsch von Felsen eingerahmt.
