BEST LOCATION
Our White Wolf 966 private beautiful town home is located on the Peak 8 Mountain just 3 blocks (3 minute-1/4 mile shuttle ride) to the base of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. The townhome neighborhood is located on Ski Hill Road adjacent to the Breckenridge Nordic Ski Center. Our home is a great location for quick and easy access to Alpine skiing right from the FREE shuttle bus route. Nordic skiing and snow shoeing are only 20 feet away.

There is a Second Guest King Bedroom with a King-sized bed which can be closed off to make a Second Master Suite to offer additional privacy and comfort for two couples.
The third Guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 6-8 people.

White Wolf 966 is centrally located, close enough to be convenient to both the slopes (3 minutes via shuttle bus) and town (5 minutes) but far away enough to be private and peaceful for your family and friends.
Heated Garage & Parking
Your private garage is heated and there is space for one additional car outside. Ski storage racks are provided. You will appreciate the easy and warm loading and unloading.
For your comfort, no pets or smoking are allowed. Minimum stays are required for all bookings.
Safety
Enhanced cleaning services are provided between guests as described below. Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and CO alarms are present.

White Wolf 966 Enhanced Cleaning Protocol

With the emergence of COVID-19 virus, we have taken additional cleaning and disinfection measures to help prevent its spread and help ensure the safety of our guests.

Before your arrival our professional cleaning service is disinfecting with enhanced cleaning practices all contact areas which includes hard surfaces, utensils, kitchen ware, floors, linens, appliances, furniture, bathrooms and more.
We are following the current CDC guidelines and following guidelines from local health authorities. We are allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. You will have contactless check-in.

We have a proactive plan to manage and minimize the risks associated with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) and similar events and help prevent the spread of infections.

We use an external professional cleaning company and communicate our expectations and plans for the cleaning and disinfection standards, and we get periodic confirmation that they are being followed by the company.
A partial discussion of our infection control plan is described below.

Delayed Occupancy
To help travelers’ peace of mind, we attempt to avoid back-to-back stays. This will help minimize the likelihood of contamination by allowing enough time for cleaning and disinfection.

Surface Areas
Our cleaning company follows the CDC recommends for cleaning and disinfecting “high-touch surfaces,” like tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, phones, tablets, touch screens, remote controls, keyboards, handles, desks, toilets and sinks, bedside tables, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces.

Kitchen Utensils
All reusable plates, cups, or silverware and other utensils have been with thoroughly cleaned with dish soap and hot water and allow to heat dry.

Linens
Clean linen should be stored and handled separately from used linen (and changed between stays). Any other solid/bulk waste should be handled separately, and first. These are very low risk items. However, all lines towels and bedding have been properly washed, dried and sanitized.

Professional Cleaning
The Company is trained on properly using cleaning, disinfecting, and chemical products (e.g. germicides) and on safe waste disposal and will use fit-for-purpose PPE during the cleaning process and disposed properly. Cleaners will also implement enhanced hand hygiene (washing both hands and forearms for at least twenty seconds) before and after removing gloves

Cleaning Process
Personnel shall clean with water and suitable detergent (WHO/CDC) and leave to act for enough time, usually 3 to 5 minutes (WHO/CDC). Then rinse, dry, and wipe to remove all products. Finally, the cleaners will clean and disinfect all cleaning equipment.

Disinfection
Cleaners will disinfect using the appropriate chemical per area. Most common EPA-registered household disinfectants should be effective for disinfection. A list of products that are EPA-approved for use against SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) is available here.
The cleaners will follow manufacturer’s instructions for all cleaning and disinfection products utilized (concentration, application method and contact time, etc.). Additionally, diluted household bleach solutions (at least 1000 ppm sodium hypochlorite) can be used if appropriate for the surface.
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for application, ensuring a contact time of at least 1 minute, and allowing proper ventilation during and after application. Check to ensure the product is not past its expiration date.

Breck ski trip
The condo and location were ideal for our group of older kids and adults. The condo was perfectly clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The location right on the Nordic trail and close to the Breck shuttle to Peak 8 was the best for our group of Nordic and Alpine skiers. The hot tub is spacious and a great reward after a day of skiing. Patti was available and responsive throughout our stay. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this has been one of the best. Thanks!!

Excellent property!
Best location for our family vacation. Close to main street and peaks. The property was immaculate upon arrival and check in was easy. Patti was amazing and worked with our flight times. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home, however please note!
The house was beautiful. It had all the items you could ever think you would need when traveling for a long or short period of time. We were also impressed with the stocked panty when cooking (things like cooking oil, spices and sprays). The communication was nice with the property owner and if we had questions the response was quick. The hot tub was a nice newer addition to the property. As for the downside --- the driveway, it is shared with other houses. Therefore you cannot leave a car out of the garage and it is not possible to park on the street. You will be stranded and unable to get out of the garage if not cleared from snow. If neighbors next to the rental leave their cars out, you will be skipped and stuck in the house the entire day -- just like we were with a child with special needs :( We missed pre paid events and not allowed refunds. Secondly, the heat balance of the house is horrible. Truly horrible. The primary bedroom is roasting HOT and not able to be cooled down, and the other rooms downstairs are FREEZING! Like 30 degrees difference in the rooms. This required our children to sleep upstairs on the sofas because the rooms were so cold, not in a bed. Lastly, there was trash left from others that stayed before we rented in the guest bedroom downstairs (with the queen bed), dirty towels thrown on the floor in the closet and socks left under the bed. Again we were happy to be close to so many things in Breckenridge but so disappointed with our stay.

Great location. Comfortable home.
We had a great stay in Breckenridge. The townhome is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well provisioned. We were mostly visiting for Alpine skiing; very easy walk to the bus and a quick ride up to Peaks 7 or 8. Due to proximity to the Nordic center, we also gave cross-country skiing a try, and loved it. Patti was a great host; easy to contact and responsive.

2024 Breck trip
We just got back from our stay Jan 1-6 and had a wonderful time. You can tell the owners have a lot of pride in their property. We probably had more fun eating in than going out after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and the natural gas grill was right outside on the deck. Just an awesome place. 10 out of 10 and go all the time.

We picked this part of Colorado because Breckenridge is a Real Town with a charm and character not found in other Colorado resorts. Our White Wolf home gives us the perfect combination of convenience, luxury and privacy.

We are always improving our property and know these updates will enhance your stay too.

When we are home the view is only of the forest, mountains and the skiers gliding past the window. We are close to Town and the slopes; so its easy to have it all.

Winter Sports
Not only is there easy access to Alpine skiing via the FREE shuttle, we are directly located on the Nordic Track and the brand new Breckenridge Nordic Center.
Summer
Breckenridge Summers are the perfect change from the heat. It's true 'People come for the winter but stay for the summers.' Its an easy stroll to town or the Gondola for summer access to the both the Town or Fun Park.

For us this location has it all. All the luxury amenities, a peaceful setting and easy access to activities and the Town.

Our White Wolf townhome is the place where special family and friend memories have been created and renewed year after year.

Our Location is perfect for families and couples. Situated directly on the Nordic trail and Cucumber Gultch Preserve, you will easily feel the real mountain experience.

After stepping outside our door, we have hiked and biked through the nature preserve in the summer and seen many types of large wildlife including elk, moose, deer and bears. The winter experience immediately outside includes Nordic skiing and hiking and snow shoeing. Yet we can easily walk to town in the summer or hop on the Town shuttle in the winter.

Of course Breck is famous for the alpine skiing and that is now a short 3-4 minute bus ride to the bases of Peaks 6, 7 & 8 from the convenient bus stop just outside the White Wolf neighborhood.

The pristine view will leave you breathless and energized. Yet the home has all the luxuries expected in a fine resort setting and is an exceptional rental value.

We love White Wolf and believe that you will too! We believe that you will want to come back again and again.
