Easy access: 6 km from the exit RN 165 (Nantes Brest), it allows you to reach in less than 20 minutes of many attractions such as Vannes & the Gulf of Morbihan, the beaches of Damgan & Country Muzillac, Rhuys Peninsula, the Small City of Character: Rochefort-en-Terre, the Pays de Questembert & its many hiking trails, the park Branféré (wildlife and botanical park, ropes course in the trees, Nicolas Hulot school) etc ..
The estate has three independent cottages (Maézoù 2 / 4pers, Pradennad 4pers and Oyat 4 / 5pers), without vis-à-vis, on a plot of 2 hectares with small pond (free fishing) in the quiet of the countryside, garden with games outdoor and pool in summer. Prices shown are for minimum capacity
This cottage of 45 m2, called "Oyat", is approved 3 *. It is ideal for a family of 4A5 people and occasionally has a capacity of beds for 6 people maximum.

The Oyat housing, with WIFI access, includes:
ground floor: kitchen (overlooking the private terrace) equipped, furnished (with fridge-freezer, dishwasher with product supplied), WC.
upstairs, relaxing and sleeping area: two bedrooms (one bedroom with 140 bed and a room with 2 beds 90), living room with a sofa bed and a corner with TV & DVD player, bathroom with WC. Cleaning products are provided.
