The house is in a subdivision, you must respect the rules of use concerning noise according to the prefectural decree relating to neighborhood noise of 20 April 1999. So if you need to put some music on, make the inside of the house windows closed. At night turn down the sound and close the shutters.

Très bon séjour
La maison est très agréable, et adéquat pour y séjourner 1 semaine pour un groupe de 13 personnes et faire la fête. De bons souvenirs et de bonnes vacances.

Très bon séjour
J’ai loué cette villa pour les 30 ans surprise de mon compagnon. Le propriétaire a été très à l’écoute, réactif et arrangeant malgré la situation sanitaire que nous traversons. Villa qui a répondu parfaitement à mes attentes : grand séjour, nombreux couchages avec linge de lit fournis, extérieur grand et spatieux pour amuser petits et grands. Fidèle aux photos. Je recommande.
