Fabulous property and location
The property was spotless, such comfortable beds, luxury bedding, pillows and towels. It had everything we needed, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. A lovely home with beautiful views over the lake. We didn’t want to leave, especially our 3 grandchildren, they loved it!

Wonderful family holiday
Came here for surprise family holiday for my wife's 40th birthday. Initially felt the stay was on the pricey side but actually it was a beautiful spot in a very convenient location especially if you have children. We used the spa facilities, used the swimming pool, tennis courts, football court, rowing on the lake ,hired some bikes, kids enjoyed the small park and went to the restaurant. Lakes looked even better when the sun was out. Lots of flys everywhere as surrounded by lakes but you soon get used to it. They even allowed a late checkout of 7pm on Sunday which allowed us even more time to enjoy. Cannot give less than 5stars. I recommend it for 2/3nights.

Perfect family Easter getaway
Great location right on the lake. Plenty of space for 6 of us. The kids loved the top room with the TV and sofa. Storage for bikes around the back all nice and secure. Great facilities in the house and on the estate. We did the archery at Cotswold range which we would highly recommend. Communication with the property manager was perfect. Nothing we would change and will be back.

very nice for a short break; swam, played tennis and football. Walked around the lakes on the trail, 4.5 miles. Birds and bird song was fabulous. Very comfortable house for 10 people; beautiful view.

This relationship is vital to the business as it ensures that she retains a family-like, yet professional, manner right to the core of the business and deeply cares for the value our product.

All the properties are third party owned second homes, namely, that they are owned by private individuals generally for the benefit of their immediate family but are also let out through us to defray the costs of running & maintaining the properties and therefore are often furnished in an individual & personal way with no two properties fitted out the same. Guests return year on year & can enjoy a different experience each time & select a property that best fits the requirements of the guests they plan to bring along, old or young. Due to the eclectic mix of owners each property has its own lively charm and feels like an actual home, rather than a prescribed holiday environment put together by a corporate design team. We aim to offer stunning holiday homes to add to any occasion.
