Quiet and sunny apartment located in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer (Pramousquier) between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou, near Saint-Tropez, in a quiet and green residence, 500 meters from the beach. Large 45 m² one-bedroom apartment comprising: a 28m² open-plan living room/kitchen diner with sofa bed , double bedroom, shower room, separate WC., 8 m² terrace, South-West orientation with views of the Maures Mountains, private parking. Arrivals and departures Saturdays and Sundays.

Many beaches and activities nearby: cycling path, water sports (diving, paddle, boat, etc.), hiking, naturist beach of Le Layet, Jardins du Rayol, Iles d'Or. Several restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Shops and supermarkets in the towns of Le Lavandou and Cavalaire (15 minutes drive).

Lieu très agréable, belle plage, belles randonnées, appartement grand, bien situé, au calme, proche de tout, terrasse sans vis à vis mais la douche devrait être refaite en urgence ( moisissures joints et rideaux) et fortes odeurs d’égouts.
