Let yourself be seduced by this completely renovated fisherman's house. Ideally located in the heart of the alleys of old Saint Gilles, you will enjoy all the pleasures of this charming Vendée seaside town on foot .... large sandy beach, fishing and sailing port, 5 markets per week, shops, restaurants, cinema, casino, station.

All the comfort in this well-equipped accommodation with neat and cozy decoration. The icing on the cake. .. its charming sheltered courtyard with garden furniture and plancha for lunches and relaxation.

Description of the house (50 m2 of surface): large living room of 25 m2 with flat screen TV, corner sofa, usb radio, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, micro oven -onde) with glass roof overlooking the interior courtyard.
Upstairs, children's area with triple bed, WC, shower room, master bedroom with double bed 140 and large dressing room.

Cocon douillet au coeur de St Gilles
La maison est adorable et joliment décorée Les equipements sont en tres bon état Le + : petite cour exterieure avec plancha, ideal pour les repas. La localisation est parfaite : plage, marché, restaurants, commerces : tout se fait à pied. Nous avons passe un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à Elodie pour son accueil tres sympathique

Formidable
Séjour plus que parfait, la maison est charmante, décorée avec très bon goût, très fonctionnelle, bien située en plein coeur de la ville, tout peut se faire à pieds. La propriétaire est très sympathique, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec notre fils de 15 ans. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
