This lovely bright modern villa is located fully into a beautiful flower garden. In the living room, a very large bay window opens onto the main terrace overlooking the pool, a few steps below. A second picture window overlooks the terrace next to the bowling and table tennis.
The main room of 40m² has a kitchen with a large worktop, appliances and quality. The two 3 seater sofas can watch the flat-screen TV in comfort. For dinners, the table covered 6 solid wood. There is a small laundry room off the kitchen.
For your quiet nights, there is a master bedroom with a 160cm bed, shower and sink. The other two bedrooms have a 140cm bed, cupboards and a door window. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet.
