Single storey apartment of around 95 m2, comprising of 3 bedrooms (2 of which are air-conditioned at night from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.), three shower rooms with wc, American kitchen, terrace and outdoor carbet on 15m2 wooden deck, lounge. Suitable for a group of friends or a family wishing a pied à terre to enjoy all the activities that Guadeloupe offers. Tariff according to period and duration.
We are located in a small residence with parking and laundry, 1.7 km from the center of Sainte-Anne, its beaches and 1km from the night market.
The tourist tax is paid separately on arrival (€ 0.75 / day / adult).

good bye saint anne
location is great, near to the city , kite resort.People are very nice,frindly, not disturbing you, the only problems we had with our flat are related to position in the building ( one room is close to " technical room" , washing machine was running almost every night, cars coming in and out doing a lot of noise, the other room had every night a sound like some compresors was working full).Looking back from home was a very nice vacation, I will recommend to go there
