We offer our villa of recent construction and offering a quality of comfort at all levels. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 4 private toilets. The 70 m² living room is air conditioned as well as the master bedroom.
The Villa has an open space combining kitchen, living room and lounge. Our Villa directly overlooks an 8 x 4 swimming pool. It has a SPA whose use is regulated. We are located in the countryside in a very quiet and peaceful residential area close to the wine estate Le Château des chaberts ", 2 km from the village of Garéoult, 30 minutes from the beaches" Hyères, Le Pradet, and 15 from the access motorways .. arriving from Paris, Lyon, Aix, Nice.

You are sure to have found the ideal place to rest, change your air while staying close to amenities, major cities and tourist sites not to be missed: 26 kms from the Baou waterfall, 40 kms from Sillans there I go!

On Tuesday our village hosts a very popular market for its quality and which attracts crowds, and I am sure you will be able to appreciate it by closing it with a small aperitif on the terrace!

Très belle habitation avec tout le confort nécessaire. Hôtes très chaleureux et serviables.
Les 2 chambres avec accès direct à la piscine ont été aménagées avec beaucoup de gout et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine a été très appréciée. Les hôtes nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour la visite de la région. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. En résumé, demeure vivement conseillée.

Bonjour Christelle, Stephane & Mylan, Merci bien pour le séjour que nous avons passé chez vous. Après les soirées agréables ensemble, nous avons bien dormi dans une belle chambre avec climatisation. Le matin un bon petit déjeuner nous attendais. Les enfants ont aimé jouer avec Mylan, malgré la barrière linguistique. Bonne continuation. Sympathieke mensen in een mooi huis, een echte aanrader! Super que dire de plus
chambre d'hôte, salle de bains impeccable. les propriétaires nous ont donné de très bons conseils tant au niveau des lieux à visiter que pour la restauration. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié... Nous avions pris certains jours la table d'hôte et ce fut parfait, la maitresse de maison nous avait concocté de délicieux petits plats. A cette période, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de la piscine mais cela doit être un plus durant la bonne saison. En un mot, à conseiller pour un ou 2 couples ou une famille. Nous essayerons d'y retourner.
