Du positif et du négatif
Maison-appartement bien située à Saint-Martin, proche du port à pied, terrasse agréable sans vis-à-vis, les vélos à disposition sont un plus. Les points négatifs : en plus de la réservation Abritel, le loueur impose de signer un contrat en direct (contraire aux règles d'Abritel?) puis après avoir échangé avec le loueur il faut ensuite échanger avec l'agence Nexity qui gère. Aussi, énormément de consignes pour faire le ménage et le rangement sont données dans le contrat et dans un classeur d'instructions, alors que ce n'était pas très propre en arrivant sur place : poussière, quelques toiles d'araignées et traces sur les miroirs, la terrasse et le mobilier d'extérieur n'étaient clairement pas nettoyés et préparés pour le début de la belle saison. Des petits points à améliorer : une seule lampe de chevet dans chaque chambre, plusieurs ampoules qui ne marchent pas (dont celle du garage, pas pratique pour sortir les vélos de la mezzanine dans le box dans le noir...). Un bilan contrasté donc, mais ca répondait à notre besoin pour ce week-end.

Saint martin de ré
Logement idéalement située dans saint-martin de ré. Residence calme. Garage hyper pratique. Logement propre, confortable et bien équipé. La terrasse est un reel plus lorsqu'il fait beau, peut etre penser a désherber les macifs de fleurs. Seuls bémols: la taille de la salle de bain et de la cuisine. Pieces beaucoup trop petites pour 8 personnes. En résumé logement tres bien pour 4 personnes

Bon séjour
Location au calme proche du centre à pied, maison très bien équipée beaucoup de vaisselles + cafetière classique et senséo,chaise haute bébé+lit parapluie appréciables. Terrasse très agréable surtout que nous avons eu très beau temps. garage super les vélos un peu moins!! Pour la plage il faut prévoir poussette pour les petits il faut marcher quand même.
