Fireplace insert (free wood) + electric heating.
Shower room, 2 sinks, shower.
Separate WC.
2 half-floor bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 single beds.
Necessary for baby on request.
Local skis, bikes. Private parking.

Stream at 50m, meadows, many marked walking paths or not all around, no busy roads nearby and yet only 8 minutes from Gérardmer (pearl of the Vosges) and its lake, 12 minutes from the ski slopes.

Many activities possible on site and a few km:
Mountain biking, hiking and road biking, more than 50 km of greenway from Vagney (8 km)
Swimming, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, donkey hire (2 km).
Herbal farm, (Theme activities, sale of products) Sapois (1 km).
