CASA MONTI is a 60m2 apartment barely renovated with taste and love! We have created a symbiosis between the old structure and a modern and comfortable layout: the barrel-vaulted vaults contrast with the designer kitchen.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a late 19th century building. On the roof, the accessible common terrace offers a superb view of the city.
The Monti district is an authentic district, full of life and very fashionable.

Since 2015 the payment of a tourist tax is compulsory: 3. 5 € per adult per day, for the first 10 days of stay. This tax is payable on arrival in cash (upon receipt) and will be paid entirely to the municipality of Rome.

Staying in Monti
This is a great location, close to all the sights and the Vatican is a short bus ride. The apartment was fantastic - 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge was a great welcome including a plate of Italian treats. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fantastic. I just wish a tea towel was provided but I suspect cleaning staff forgot to provide one. Body soap & shampoo in both bathrooms which seems to be unusual in VRBOs lately.

A very spacious and stylish place with modern amenities. A great pied-a-terre in central historic Rome. The Colosseo is a 5 minute walk away.

Fantastic stay in Rome
The apartment was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop with amazing views. Great neighbourhood, and as a family we found it perfect to get to many sites. Grazie!

Pied à terre, Roma
Stayed at Elena’s beautiful apartment in May with my daughters. She and Carla were always very responsive and helpful. The location is so convenient for all of the sites of Roma Centrale plus incredibly close to Termini station for arrival, departure and day trips to further sites like the catacombs or other cities. I also have to mention that it’s very close to Fatamorgana, Rome’s top rated gelato!
