Chesapeake Bay & Beach Bungalow Location Trendy for USNA Families & Boat Show

Charming Bay Cottage just steps from a beautiful beach and the Chesapeake Bay, a short drive or walk to the crabbing and fishing pier and easy boat access at Sandy Point Park. USNA - 5 miles away and Families LOVE this house! The home is ranch style with hardwood floors, new carpeting and some new furnishings; a large screened in porch with a large table and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom is a day bed .

Although the house has a somewhat obstructed view of the Bay, this is a wonderful location within a short walk to the playground and large private beach with full privileges for each tenant to enjoy, full wireless internet access. If you have your own kayaks or a canoe the Little Magothy is a short walk from the house and a very calm and scenic water way.
HISTORIC ANNAPOLIS is approx. 7 miles away, and easily reached by traveling Rt. 50. The property holds 6 people comfortably and has 2 full bathrooms and an outside shower. Parking: Plenty of parking with 2 spots available in the driveway, and 2 street side. This is a non smoking home. No House parties and no parties at the private community beach. For parties and pavilion rentals please contact SANDY POINT STATE PARK approx. 4-5 miles from the house.

Grocery Store 1 mile from the house: Graul's Market Cape St. Claire location.

Long Term Rental Requests: I will not consider any long term rentals.

Little Magothy Inlet and newly formed "cove" area to the western end of Main Beach and the smaller headland breaker built in the spring of 2021.

Great place to stay with family
We were here for Parent’s Weekend at the USNA. This was a great place to stay and relax. Very comfortable and clean and the house has everything you need. We enjoyed a family meal on the beautiful porch and time at the beach. Groceries, coffee, pizza and ice cream were only five minutes away. The host was fantastic. We will be back.

Close enough to Historic Downtown Annapolis and the USNA....... the house is steps away from our private beach community and quiet walking and biking baths; local grocer and mini strip mall within 1 1/2 miles away.
