New house (2015) for 7 people, bright 300m from St Jean beach

Villa located in a quiet area at the end of an alley, without the passage of cars. 300 m from the beach and 5 min by bike from the village center (shops / Saturday morning market).

3 bedrooms / 7 people MAXI children included. 2 bathrooms.

The house is 300 meters (3 minutes on foot) from the beautiful Saint Jean beach.

The house is 5 minutes by bike, from the heart of the village of Thorn for its market or small purchases (bread, newspapers, ...), coffee or evening aperitif, ...

10 minutes by car from the town of Noirmoutier en l'Ile for all other curiosities ... the big market, the shopping, the small town center, the shops, ...

Ideal for families, children can be independent. All trips can be made on foot or by bike with secure cycle paths.

Encore un excellent séjour à l’Epine !
C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison à l’occasion des vacances de Pâques et nous sommes toujours aussi contents ! Maison très confortable et bien équipée, située au calme, à proximité de la place et du centre-ville de l’Epine. Le jardin de sable est idéal avec les enfants, les vélos à disposition également. On espère revenir !

Maison très agréable par temps de pluie ... très bien équipée ...spacieuse...à 2 pas d'une plage. L'utilisation possible des vélos est un plus.

Magnifique maison à deux pas de l’océan
Superbe et accueillante maison, idéale pour les enfants avec son jardin de sable, l’océan au bout de la rue et les vélos à disposition. Nous avons passé une super semaine et fait le plein de bon air ! Merci!
