BEAUTIFUL HOUSE at the exit of Calenzana, ideal for walkers, family ....

Beautiful house at the exit of Calenzana. 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine with a double bed. Any comfort, wifi, canal plus, freezer, swimming pool, etc ... Large garden with magnificent multi-centenary olive trees. Thank you to water from time to time ... Not recommended for allergic to cats: there are three! . This is not a "special" rental house, it's my home, the one where I live all year long, very nice, with comic books, games for kids, a playpen. Reservation only with deposit. 50% to block non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
The risk? That you did not want to leave again. Mountain view, 15 minutes from the beaches of Calvi or Lumio, 20 minutes from the Bonifatu forest and its river .. There is a ping pong, petanque balls, there is a large garden. There is now a small inground pool, 4,50x2,50, ideal for all and especially children in the heat!

Un paradis de calme, de confort et de beauté ... aussi bien la maison , le jardin et la paysage
Cette maison magnifique avec hamac même dans le petit patio situé dans la maison, une piscine sans chlore , situé dans le village de Calenzana.... est un havre de bien être . Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais nous l'avons eu au téléphone et il a été très sympathique ...La femme qui nous a accueillit a été charmante et souriante...La vue des montagnes est magique et vous êtes à un quart d'heure de Calvi....Si nous revenons dans ce coin nous relouerons cette demeure

Deux semaines de vacances très agréables dans cette maison et son jardin où il fait bon vivre .
Située au pieds de la montagne , au calme et pourtant à 2 minutes du village très sympa avec ses commerçants de qualité et accueillants. Tout est réunis pour un séjour «  relaxe » Les amis chats nous ont tenu compagnie sans jamais être dérangeants , le propriétaire est sympa et chaleureux. Bref des plaisirs à renouveler !

Que de (très) bons souvenirs
Généralement, il y a toujours un truc (ou plusieurs) qui cloche dans une location. J'ai beau chercher, remuer, tripatouiller, je n'y trouve rien à redire. Planquée dans un site calme, la maison offre toutes les commodités et renvoie une atmosphère. Le patio et son hamac, l'espace des pièces et leur agencement, les BD qui garnissent les étagères, la table de ping pong, les oliviers plus que centenaires et leurs cigales autour de la piscine (petite mais suffisante pour se "détoxiner" les jambes en retour de randos), la mer à un quart d'heure (tout comme le départ du GR20, quel point stratégique pour qui veut profiter du vertical comme de l'horizontal), les chats qui vont et viennent... Bref, le séjour fut idyllique, apaisant et bienheureux. Sans oublier le propriétaire des lieux, Laurent, discret, serviable, porteur d'une belle philosophie de vie.

Schönes, individuell eingerichtetes Haus
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus zwischen Büchern, Bildern und Skulpturen von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Für unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern zwischen 10 und 15 Jahren gab es genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Siesta in der Hängematte, abkühlen im Pool, Sonnenuntergang vorm Bergpanorama - perfekt. Laurent ist ein sehr angenehmer und unaufdringlicher Vermieter, der aber bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Strände, Baden im Fluss, bezaubernde Bergdörfer) gibt es in der näheren Umgebung, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
