Carnac Plage, a seaside resort renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches and its prehistoric site. Apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the sailing club, the beach and Thalassotherapy, 500m approx. from the shopping center. On the 2nd floor of a residence with beautiful sea view and elevator.

Studio facing the sea, with balcony located on the 2nd floor (elevator):
- An entrance with storage, serving: separate toilet and bathroom (bath, sink, washing machine)
- Main room: Living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, television, table and chairs, storage, bay window opening onto a balcony with a wide view of the beach and the sailing club
- Equipped kitchen (2 ceramic hobs, oven/microwave, fridge).

Electric heating.
Private parking.
Common room for cycles and windsurfers.

Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 300 € (to be paid on site)

Très belle vue
Studio très agréable, avec une très très belle vue sur le Golfe de Morbihan. Bien situé, il y a juste la route à traverser pour accéder aux plages... Beau temps pour de belles promenades à pied ou en bateau... Bref, très belle semaine...
