Great stay
The house was beautiful and perfectly located not too far away from Strassbourg. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return.

Charming Home
This was a great property and met the needs of my entire family. The house was very charming and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very peaceful. Laurent did a great job with communication. We will stay there again when we go back to the area.

Wirklich ein kleines Paradies
Tolles, altes, verwinkeltes Fachwerkhaus mit viel Charme und einem sehr schönen Garten mit Blick auf die Felder. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit einem Kachelofen für die kälteren Jahreszeiten.

Es war fantastisch!
Der Spätsommer im Elsass war wundervoll und den wohl schönsten Ort, um die Zeit dort zu genießen, haben wir mit diesem Haus gefunden. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht, die fantastische Architektur und die hochwertige Einrichtung haben uns sofort in beste Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Die Gemälde haben uns begeistert! Es gibt inzwischen auch zwei Toiletten (in irgendeiner alten Rezension steht, es gäbe nur eine). Sitzauflagen für die Stühle draußen haben wir nicht gefunden. Wir sind uns sicher, dass Laurent, der fantastische Gastgeber, bei Ihrem Aufenthalt schon eine Lösung dafür hat. Wir kommen wieder!

Renoviertes historisches Bauernhaus in traumhafter Lage
Wir waren im Juli 2023 hier in Eckwersheim. Es handelt sich um ein altes historisches Bauernhaus, welches sehr behutsam und geschmackvoll renoviert wurde. Das Haus steht am Ende einer kurzen Seitenstraße in einem Dorf mit ca. 1300 Einwohnern. Es liegt im Großraum Straßburg, trotzdem sehr ruhig und abgelegen, angrenzend an ein Feld. Der Garten ist großzügig und sehr idyllisch, mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Krähen des Hahns in der Nachbarschaft oder das gelegentliche Tuckern von landwirtschaftlichen Geräten gehörte zum Dorf-Feeling. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit von der Ehefrau des Vermieters selbst gemalten Bildern. Wir waren maximal zu viert drin, deshalb hatten wir Platz ohne Ende. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, aber nur 1 Bad mit Dusche. 1 Schlafzimmer hat ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne, welches aber nicht mit einer Tür abgetrennt ist. Es fährt jede Stunde ein Bus nach Straßburg, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Man kann auch mit dem Auto 10 min. bis Vendenheim fahren, dort gibt es einen Bahnhof mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Mit dem Regionalzug ist man dann in 10 min. in Straßburg. Von Eckwersheim aus lassen sich aber das Elsass und die Vogesen gut erreichen und erkunden. Es gibt viel zu sehen und entdecken. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir guten Kontakt, sehr unkompliziert und verbindlich. Dieses Haus ist ideal für 1-2 Familien mit oder ohne Kinder, die eine ruhige Oase suchen. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits.
