About this property

Nice villa, 20 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the A9 motorway

Villa of 100 m2, pleasant and sunny which can accomodate 6 adults and 1 child in infancy (bed umbrella provided) on a closed ground of 700m2. This house contains 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 plus TV with a cot. A second bedroom with a bed in 160 with TV. A master suite with a bed 140 with small bathroom with sink and separate toilet. You will find a beautiful living room with American kitchen overlooking the dining room and the living room. A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. You will have the pleasure of finding yourself on a terrace of 28 m2 shaded with view on the swimming pool and which will offer you the possibility of grilling or a good plancha. In the garden you will find a swimming pool with jacuzzi and a hut with table football. Adjoining a green area and a bowling alley at your disposal for frenzied petanque parties. Some parking spaces are available in front of the house but you can also park your vehicles in the courtyard closed by a gate.
A deposit check of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival and of course not cashed and returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage. Regarding the end of stay cleaning we leave it to the choice of the tenant (see details on the rental application)

Notre semaine à Aigues-Vives
Une super semaine ! Alain et Béatrice sont des hôtes à l'écoute et chaleureux, un accueil rempli de bienveillance et de confiance. La maison en tant que telle est idéalement arrangé et il y a largement assez d'espace pour une groupe de 6. L'extérieur est également très fourni avec énormément d'équipements disponibles, une piscine propre et fonctionnel tout comme le jacuzzi. Le voisinage est calme et la ville tranquille ! Un très bon séjour, à refaire avec plaisir et je recommande pour des séjours entre amis.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis...
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans la maison d'Alain et Béa. Tout était présent pour un séjour agréable et reposant: piscine, jacuzzi, piste de pétanque, jeux de société, kicker, BBQ, jeu de flechettes.. de quoi satisfaire petits et grands. La maison a également tout ce qu'il faut, les chambres sont propres et suffisamment spacieuses pour disposer nos affaires. Béa et Alain sont des propriétaires aimables, accueillants, disponibles et aux petits soins. Quel plaisir de trouver de quoi boire et manger dans le frigo après avoir passé 14 heures en voiture... La région offre également pas mal de possibilités d'excursions et d'activités aux goût de chacun : les plages de la Grande Motte et Le Grau du Roi, Aigues-Mortes, Nîmes.. le marché hebdomadaire de Lunel etc. Le tout à pas plus de 30 minutes de route. Merci Alain et Béa de nous avoir confié votre petit coin de paradis l'espace de 10 jours. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ! Bonne continuation à vous !

Idéal pour le farniente ou la fête
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Béatrice et Alain qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous et nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. La maison ne manque de rien. Propreté impeccable. Literie confortable. Les extérieurs sont top! grande piscine et bain à bulle, terrain de pétanque, babyfoot, jeu de fléchettes: tout y est pour chiller ou faire la fête entre amis ou en famille. Nous recommandons à 100%!
