Beautiful Property
Vista Mar is a very safe, very well run property right in the heart of Jaco. My plane came in very late and after I emailed Bob he got right back to me and arrainged for the night security to check me in. It was super fast. The Unit 6D was huge with amazing views. I could have easily fit a bunch of friends. The on site restaurant was pretty good with excellent service. This will definately be my go to place to stay when I come back. Everything was in walking distance.

A Good Condo, Great Locatino
Bob and Dave were very responsive and allayed any fears about booking this condo. The place was clean and in the perfect location for me and my friends. Everything you need is within walking distance (casino, bars, restaurants, beach and nightlife). This will be my "go-to" place whenever I visit Jaco Beach.

Property was nice all though pics had one the bedrooms with 2 beds and the room actually had one bed, and owner didn't accomindate us with lower price nor roll out bed. Had to sleep on small couch for my stay. All else was satisfactory

If you want a no fuss place in Jaco, literally walking distance to town and the beach this is a great place. Everything worked. Cold AC, Internet. Kitchen. The grocery store is right across the street! :) Amazing views of the beach and mountains!!!Best place I've ever stayed and visited. Highly recommend. Purr Vida!I
