family apartment with two bedrooms duplex, connected by a staircase. Entrance hall, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room, TV, WiFi, radio, 1 double bedroom with access to 1 duplex room with 2 beds. Located on the 3rd floor of a small house (no elevator) the apartment is very sunny, in an authentic and quiet area of De Panne, 50 m from the beach.

Gute Sommerunterkunft
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Allerdings die Parkplatzsituation im Umkreis von min. 1 km ist katatrophal.

De woning is zoals voorgesteld: geen lift en je moet door 1 kamer om in de 2de kamer te geraken maar dat stoorde ons niet. Het is zeer goed gelegen, kort bij het strand, kort bij het centrum en winkelstraat. We hebben een top vakantie gehad

Knus, maar niet proper
Er hangt een onaangename reuk in heel het gebouw., waarschijnlijk door de ouderdom, maar binnen geen last van. Het appartement zelf : dicht bij het strand was een pluspunt, geen last van de buurt, lawaai of wat ook, klein en gezellig en voorzien van wat nodig is, behalve dan dat de koelkast niet naar behoren koelt. Proper was het jammer genoeg niet: de koffiezetmachine en gasvuur was wel echt vuil en overal lag er wel veel stof van langere tijd zoals op tv voet en zeker op het scherm, decoder Telenet was ook vrij vuil. Als er aan deze mankementen iets wordt gedaan, dan staan wij klaar om dit terug te huren ondanks het probleem met parkeermogelijkheden.

Très agréable séjour !
appartement très agréable, surtout au niveau du living très lumineux et des chambres! Petit bémol pour la salle de bain. Propriétaire très sympa et procédure d'arrivée/départ hyper facile. Jeux et plein de BD pour les enfants! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
