Perfect for those wanting to lease short term due to job relocation. Perfect for Palo Verde employees looking to stay during their assignments (during the Nuclear Outage Schedule) Are you closing on a home and need a temporary place to stay? Are you waiting on the construction of your new home? Please don't hesitate to inquire on long term stays.

Great home Base for Spring Training and Nascar fans! Relax after a long day's outing. Bedrooms include 1 king, 3 queens and 1 twin bed. Soak up some sun in your own private pool(non-heated).

Stays for 60 days may require an extra utility(water and electric) fee
The refundable security deposit will be 600.00 instead of 500.00 on stays of 28+days. Thank you.

Lots of room here
We really enjoyed staying here. Beds are super comfy. Great amenities. Could use a few more specialty channels on the tv though. Golf channel for one. Make sure to pick up groceries before you get here. 20 minutes to nearest stores.

We like the roominess the house offered. They had just about everything we needed to enjoy our two weeks in Arizona. The neighborhood was quiet and the fire pit was relaxing. The only drawback was that the pool was not heated. We would definitely stay again.

Two month winter getaway
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home this past Jan and Feb. This was our 4th time renting a house to escape a bit of our Wisconsin winters, 1st time in this home. We found this house to have the best selection of household items for our use compared to the other homes we've rented. The neighborhood was beautiful, and great for walking. I always felt safe. We found the community park had a Farmers market Saturday mornings, and we enjoyed the walk over to it. Also Wednesday and Saturday nights food trucks set up in the parking lot of the community sports park which is a short drive away. The yard was great, with an unheated pool, gas grill, gas fire table, and patio furniture. We got to enjoy a beautiful sunset almost every night from the backyard. Belen, the property manager was very helpful with the few things we needed. We had friends and family come visit throughout our stay, and they all enjoyed the home and yard. We definitely recommend this property if you don't mind being a little farther out from Phoenix.

The house is very nice. The property manager was awesome! Responded quickly to all my questions. Just be aware that grocery stores are about 20 minutes away so make sure you get what you need when you go. Would recommend 😊

Tartesso 2020
The house, pool, firepit, garage, and everything were very nice. We spent a total of 30 nights at the property and for 11 of those days we had a total of 7 adults in the house. There was plenty of room for all with the upstairs being particularly popular with everyone. The master bedroom, bath, and walk-in closet were especially nice. The cleanliness and beauty of the house give a "staged" look, almost as if it's being shown for sale, but we managed to make it our own and hopefully left it in reasonable condition considering our month of use. We were initially concerned about being so far west of Phoenix, but after a few days we found that everything we were interested in was within a 30 minute drive. This included hiking trails, baseball games and facilities, all kinds of stores for shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood itself was great for walks around the block and bike rides for as far as I wanted to ride. During our time, it seemed very safe as well. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the sunsets - they were awesome
