Composition: on the ground floor: LIVING ROOM with lounge and dining room. EQUIPPED KITCHEN (4 gas rings, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer). CELLAR: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. BEDROOM: queen size bed. Bathroom: shower, 2 sinks. Separate WC. Garage for bicycles storage. FLOOR: BEDROOM 1: double bed, BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed, 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. WOODEN TERRACE with garden furniture, COVERED TERRACE: garden furniture, barbecue, plancha. COVERED POOL. Capacity: 8 people. Sheets and towels provided. A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
