This 2-bedroom, 5-person house has everything a couple or family would need for the perfect escape. The villa has a private pool and a terrace with spectacular views of Sóller. It also offers some great views of the Tramuntana mountains.The bedrooms have air conditioning, and the kitchen is well-equipped and modern (electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). This makes it ideal for having a meal at home; whether in the interior dining area, on the patio just outside the kitchen or outdoors next to the pool. You might enjoy having breakfast in the morning sun at the house's stone terrace (during summer, sunshine generally appears around 9 am). The living room is well-lit and has a large and comfortable L-shaped couch and a 40-inch LCD television. The latter is fitted with a USB port, so you can bring some of your own films if you want. A DVD player and a selection of DVDs are also available for you to enjoy. An open-plan bedroom also has cold and hot water, air conditioning and a lovely stove for the colder months. Behind the house there is an ample space for drying your laundry.

It is a very central location: a supermarket is just a couple of metres away, as is the famous Sóller square. There you can take the old train to the harbour or to Palma via a beautiful railway trip through the mountains. A car is not necessary if you want to spend your holidays in town, because everything is nearby.
