The most amazing home located between Bedford & Halifax, this wonderful home provides a great base to explore all of Nova Scotia! Very unique property walking distance to the Bedford Basin Farmers Market (bakery-cafe): fantastic spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch, picking up all of your grocery needs. They often have live entertainment on Friday evenings. Well known China Town on the waterfront for an evening meal. Rent a jet ski to travel into the city by water. Close to all major highways. Approx. 10 minutes to downtown Halifax. Movie theaters, Costco, many box stores, grocery stores approximately 5 minutes away.
The local deer will greet you on the property daily and you will often see them walking along this old fashioned street .

Great family home just outside halifax!
We had a great at this VRBO! The location was wonderful, with it being a short drive into downtown Halifax and having the local market and the Birch and Anchor pub so nearby. The accommodation itself was very spacious, with large bedrooms and really great common area in the kitchen and living room, which was great for spending time with our group. Additionally, having the property/balcony overlook the harbour was quite nice, especially at sunset. No complaints at all, would happily come back.

Found this place that was close to all the places we wanted to experience while taking a quick trip to a friends hometown. Place was great and brought such peace when driving up to the house.

This property is an absolute delight to stay at - you will not want to leave, with all the Unique - Character features. Wooden spiral staircase, hardwood floors with custom inlays. Cool built ins. Fantastic and mesmerizing views of the water . Tame local deer walking the property and the old fashion street that this fine home sits on. Live edge bar top in the custom kitchen with granite countertops, cabinets galore, and a propane stove for cooking on.
several decks to enjoy. Surrounded by beautiful trees, bushes, exotic shrubs that were planted many years ago, including a wonderful grape vine , and pear tree on the side of the house for your enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

1 main floor bedroom and 3 upper bedrooms. One with magical views of the water and a very large skylight over the bed for gazing at the stars.
A very large Jacuzzi tub built for two in the upper bathroom and a very large walk in shower on the main floor bathroom.
