Unacceptable
Before I comment I do have to give the owner some credit for expressing a desire to fix these issues when I brought them to his attention after we checked out. This property was not suitable as a vacation rental. It was filthy, in poor condition, and had an ant problem. It was not maintained and smelled horrible, especially in the closets. Furniture was broken. The smoke alarms were inoperable, and the structure did not appear sound. We did not feel safe or comfortable. The two positive things I can say is that the mattresses were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Still, we were very happy to leave.

Had everything we needed.
This met all of our needs. It is small but we didn’t feel cramped at all. We all slept well. Neighborhood was quiet & appeared safe, we had no issues. Thanks for hosting us! We would stay again.

Disappointed
We are very disappointed with this stay, almost leaving the second day. The house was not very clean, we found dog hair everywhere. There were older, loud AC units in the windows next to the beds that made it difficult to sleep at night for our whole family. The Wi-Fi was terrible. We could not have the tv on and use my work computer at the same time. Little attention to detail in the sense of convenience. If you are looking for a simple place to stay this would be it but not for long stays or need for access to internet.

Perfect getaway spot!
Though older, the house is great. It has everything you need in a homebase for exploring Billings. We had a great time during our stay!
