This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with terrace offering views of the coast, is located in a private residence in the heart of a typical small marina on the Costa del Sol. It is totally equipped for 4 people.

The residence has direct access to the beach from the communal gardens, 4 swimming pools, 2 paddle courts (very popular sport in Spain combining the techniques of squash with the rules of court, all this outdoors), 24 hours security / 24 with guard at the entrance and self surveillance cameras, communal underground car park, library with wiFi and finally sports hall open daily with free admission.

Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beach, right next to the Port of Duquesa. Also located 50 minutes from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from Estepona.

Semana fantástica
El apartamento es fantástico, tiene todo lo necesario y la urbanización es genial, con 4 piscinas. La ubicación es excepcional, con la playa a un paso. Muy cerca del Puerto de la Duquesa, con sus tiendas y restaurantes, y a un paseo de la zona urbana de Sabinillas. El aire acondicionado huele un poco mal al encenderlo, sobre todo en los dormitorios. Haría falta una revisión... Por lo demás, todo bien.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé pour profiter de la mer
Un appartement bien décoré et très fonctionnel. Nettoyer et Préserver le canapé en tissu par une housse. Il manque une table (à défaut de plan de travail) dans la cuisine. Mettre à disposition un kit de ménage pour l’entretien pendant son occupation.
