This beautiful new 80m2 apartment located on the ground floor with private garden / terrace will allow you to enjoy the many tourist attractions of the Arcachon basin and its surroundings! Located 5 min walk from shops and the beach!

Apartment T3 composed of two bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds 0.9x2.00m), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen open to living room (double sofa bed in the living room) and parking private.
The shops and the beaches are less than 5 minutes away allowing you if you wish not to take the car during your whole vacation.

The cycle paths are also nearby to go to Pereire, the Moulleau while enjoying the exceptional panorama of the basin.

The space, comfort, decoration, furniture, bedding everything is new and very qualitative to make you spend a wonderful vacation.

Arcachon train station is less than 2 km from the apartment.

Appartement slendide
Appartement proche de toutes les commodités (plage centre ville marché couvert... sans oublier la gare Sncf si besoin) On peut tout faire à pied en mettant la voiture au parking. La literie est excellente et l appartement est très bien équipé l Je recommande vivement ce logement

Proche du centre et de la plage
Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Françoise, qui a passé du temps à nous donner Des informations bien utiles pour notre séjour Arcachon en famille. L’appartement est très bien situé à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et du centre. Il est vaste et lumineux, il est très agréable d’avoir la terrasse par contre attention aux moustiques… Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement!

Très bon logement, beau et pratique
L'appartement est spacieux, refait à neuf et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants. La présence d'une place dans le garage de la résidence est très pratique pour ranger les vélos à l'abri.

Excellent accueil et installation dans ce logement très fonctionnel, à proximité de tout : centre-ville, commerces, plages. Le parking à disposition est vraiment plus. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
