Très bien situé dans un joli village près de LA CIOTAT - CASSIS à quelques mètres du boulanger - du boucher - pharmacie - etc... Propriétaires disponibles. A refaire.

Proprietaires de mauvaise foi
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée sans que nous en soyons informés par les propriétaires qui etaient au courant et qui n ont fait aucun geste commercial suite à notre obligation de quitter le studio au bout de 2 jours ( températures dans la journée 30 ° à l intérieur et obligés de dormir portes fenêtres et fenetres puvertes)

Locatif dans commune très calme te proche de toutes commodités et très bien situé pour tout visiter et a côté de l'autoroute pour arriver rapidement
