The resort offers 76 comfortable apartments, most with sea views. All units feature a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric hob, microwave / grill, fridge and dishwasher. Some have a terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture. At a surcharge, guests can enjoy the TV in the living room.

Photos qui ne resemblent pas à la réalité
On a passé un agréable séjour à Cayeux-sur-Mer. Les gens de la réception sont gentils et aident bien. Mais les photos du site donnent une impression très embelli de la vraie situation. Le building est vieux et l’appartement pour 6 personnes est tout pétit. Il est bien pour une famille de deux adultes et 2 petits enfants, mais certainement pas plus. L’intérieur est en ordre, mais tout est vieux. Néanmoins, le building est situé en face de la mer, ce qui est agréable. Il y a un magasin, bon boulanger, poissonier, pizzeria tout près, ce qui est très facile.

Résidence vieillotte mais location propre
Résidence avec un beau potentiel,bien située,la piscine est un plus mais doit être trop petite lors d'une forte affluence. La résidence doit prévoir une bonne rénovation c'est le point faible de cette location. Mon coup de cœur est pour l'ensemble du personnel qui est très professionnel et à la ville de Cayeux sur mer pour la réussite des importants travaux qu'elle a dû entreprendre. Une adresse à retenir le restaurant "le petit baigneur"
