Between ocean and mountain Rooy *** The Pavilions offer, in an exceptional setting, a small family residence with 30 apartments with pool. The residence is perfectly integrated with the landscape and the authenticity of the region Béarn and the Basque Country and offers a change of scenery just 40 minutes from the beaches of the Landes.



The residence is located in the city center of Salies de Béarn in a wooded area close to the thermal baths, fitness center, casino and golf course.

The apartments are all air conditioned, comfortable and have a small garden or balconette, arranged in three separate blocks around a heated outdoor pool of 12m x 6m, open from June to the end of October.

Housing :
3 room apartment 3/4 people of 48m ² composed of an entrance with clearance, a living room with sofa BZ (140cm), a bedroom with double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds ( 80cm), an equipped kitchenette.

Each room has a bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet.
Each apartment has air conditioning and a balcony.

Equipment :
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave combination oven, ceramic hob 4 burners, a hood, a 130L fridge freezer, cooking utensils and crockery. The apartment also includes a low cabinet in the living room with TV and a dresser and closet in the room.
