The house is located just 300 meters from the sea, within walking distance. From the cottage you can admire an enchanting sea view from various points (from the terrace, from the balcony of the double bedroom, from the living room, from the garden). In the cottage you can use the Wi Fi internet line on request.
The house is so composed; exteriors: Garden equipped with gazebo, barbecue, Sardinian granite table, granite fountains, external shower, 2/3 parking spaces.
Interior: the house develops on three levels;
on the first level: living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, covered terrace with table and chairs.
On the second level: 1 bedroom with bunk bed and small window. On the 3rd level: a double room with a small window.
