Villa Olga, located on the road to Santa Caterina (Marina di Nardò), is located in a plot of over 2000 square meters full of fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation; immersed in a lot of nature, behind the villa, there is an annex of about 40 square meters consisting of a welcoming kitchen-living area, a double bedroom, a pouf bed, a bathroom with shower. The depandance is also equipped with an outdoor shower and large windows, located in each room, which overlook the beautiful garden. Villa Olga is surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy tranquility and live your holiday in total relaxation thanks to the presence of a fully equipped white wooden gazebo. Located in a strategic position, it is possible to reach, in a few minutes by car, the nearby marinas such as Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno, Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo, places well known for their white beaches and crystal clear waters.

L’appartamento è fornito di tutti i confort, dagli elettrodomestici al Wi-Fi. La posizione è strategica per poter visitare ogni giorno diverse spiagge sulla costa ionica. La struttura si trova in una zona riparta dal rumore del traffico e garantisce la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato non su strada. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili per ogni esigenza, anche semplicemente per consigliare locali e posti da visitare. Essendo io un frequentatore abituale della Puglia nella stagione estiva, consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione!

sauberes, aber z.T. deutlich sichtbar abgenutztes Apartment (Dusche, Kühlschrank, Sessel) mit max. 35 qm Wohnfläche; schöne Außendusche; mehr als eine Waschladung pro Woche nur gegen Gebühr. Vermieter war bei Fragen gut erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet.
